We make each Islington Vibes product to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it at mimmopalmieri254@gmail.com with a photo and description. We’ll do our best to make it right.
🚫 No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
Since our hats are made-to-order and one-size, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size preferences, or general dissatisfaction. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order.

Who runs Islington Vibes?
Islington Vibes is an independent brand based in North London, celebrating the spirit and stories of Islington through locally-inspired apparel and accessories.
We operate under Overture Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15325873).

In short: Islington Vibes is our trading name, and Overture Consulting Ltd is the legal entity behind it.
How does your print-on-demand setup work?
Each product is made to order through our 3rd party production partner Printful.
That means no excess stock, less waste, and every item is created just for you.
Once you place an order, Printful prints, embroiders and packs your item, then ships it directly to you on our behalf.
Where are the products made and shipped from?
Depending on your location and the product type, orders are typically fulfilled from Printful’s UK or EU facilities.
Typical delivery times:
UK orders: 5–10 business days
EU orders: 5–12 business days
Tracking details are sent automatically once your order ships.
Who handles fulfilment and returns?
Printful fulfils all orders for us. If there’s an issue with quality, printing, or a damaged item, we’ll take care of it with them on your behalf.
